No Refund/Exchange on Discounted Products

Please note that discounted items (including but not limited to sale or promotional products) are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We recommend reviewing your purchase carefully before placing your order.

Refunds and Exchanges for Faulty Products

If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will offer a refund or exchange for the affected item. Here’s how you can initiate the process:

  2. Return Instructions: Once your issue is verified, we will send you instructions for returning the item to our warehouse.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is deemed faulty. We recommend using a trackable service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will either process your refund to the original payment method or send you a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
  • All returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If we cannot verify the issue with the photos or description you’ve provided, we reserve the right to decline the return request.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
